I love the moderne, definitely my favorite place in scottsdale to live. Courtney and Andrea in the front office have nothing but helpful and a constant good time. This is definitely the place to live in Oldtown

I have lived at the Moderne for a year now in a studio and have recently recruited a buddy to live with me in a two bed, this complex is that good. Courtney Hay in the leasing office is incredible and makes the transition moving in or changing apartments seamless and easy. I highly recommend living here. Not only is a prime location, but the staff and complex’s amenities are 10/10. Go find Courtney and make all your dreams come true.
