After extensively searching all over Scottsdale and making the move from Kierland to Old Town, choosing The Moderne Apartments was honestly one of the best decisions I’ve made. Not only did I gain over 300 extra square feet, but I’m actually paying less while getting a place that feels so much more like home. Kilie and the entire office staff have been absolutely amazing since day one. They’ve been incredibly helpful, welcoming, responsive, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process and that kind of customer service is rare these days and definitely deserves recognition. The property itself is awesome plus I like my floorpan much better then previous. The location honestly couldn’t be better. You’re literally next to everything in Old Town restaurants, nightlife, shopping, gyms, and walking distance to my jobs. Location, location, location 👌 Very grateful I made the move here and highly recommend The Moderne to anyone looking for a place that truly feels like home.

I lived here for 2 years and had a great experience!! The property management team was always responsive to maintenance requests in a timely manner, and kept us updated on anything going on at the complex at all times.
